ROHU (Labeo Rohita), is a species of the Carp family and is native to the rivers of South Asia. This fish has a moderately long elongated shaped body and has brown, grey color body coat. It has a white tender flesh, has a smooth texture with mild flavor making it enjoyable for everyone. This fish is mostly deep fried and used in curries as well.
