Description

Ladyfish or Kane (in Mangalore) is a favourite delicacy in Mangalore and close to the heart of Mangalorean’s. It is small and round with mild flavour. With one central bone it is a delight to cook and eat.  Can be used in curries too but for true authentic Mangalorean flavour Rava fry it.
