Hawaiian Chicken

This sweet and spicy chicken recipe will make you take a mental vacation to Hawaii!


  1. Chicken Boneless Breast or Cubes
  2. ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
  3. 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  4. 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  5. 1 tbsp minced Ginger
  6. 3 cloves of Garlic minced
  7. Chilli flakes to taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil

How to make it..

Step 1
For the marination, combine the pineapple juice, tomato ketchup, soya sauce. Add the minced ginger and garlic to this marinade along with chilli flakes and salt to taste then mix well.

Step 2
Cut the chicken breast boneless into cubes (or you can use the Yummyli chicken cubes). Put the marinade in a zip lock bag along with the chicken cubes and seal the bag. Allow it to chill for 2-4 hours.

Step 3
Heat a broad pan with very little oil. Remove the chicken from the bag and place it on the pan. Add the marinade to it for more flavourful and juicy Hawaiian chicken. Cook for about 10-12mins or till the marinade starts to thicken a bit.
Serve this Yumm, delicious Hawaiian chicken with sauteed Veggies and Herbed rice.
